Our Mission

The doodle craze brought joy to millions of families, but it also created an unintended crisis. Irresponsible breeding, unrealistic expectations about coat maintenance, and pandemic-era impulse adoptions led to a surge of doodles being surrendered to shelters across America.

Doodle Rescue USA was founded in Las Vegas, Nevada to address this growing need. We recognized that doodle breeds require specialized knowledge — from their unique grooming requirements to their high-energy temperaments — and that a dedicated rescue could make a profound difference. Our goal is to establish a presence in regions with the highest concentrations of doodle breeds.

We are actively building our foster network, starting in Nevada and expanding into key regions across the United States. While our foster family base is still growing, our commitment to each dog is unwavering — every doodle in our care receives comprehensive veterinary care, professional grooming, and behavioral assessment before being matched with their perfect forever family.

We are more than a rescue — we are a community in the making. As we grow, our adopters and volunteers become part of the Doodle Rescue USA family, with access to ongoing support, resources, and a network of fellow doodle lovers who understand the unique joys and challenges of these wonderful dogs.
