Agreement to these terms

By using the Doodle Rescue USA website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. Doodle Rescue USA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully and in good faith. Don't attempt to interfere with its operation, probe or overload our forms, misrepresent who you are in an application or inquiry, or use the site to harm animals or people.

Donations

• Donations are voluntary gifts that directly support our rescue work.
• Doodle Rescue USA is a 501(c)(3) organization; donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law, and you'll receive an emailed receipt for your records.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment processor (CardPointe) into the rescue's own merchant account. We never see or store your card number.
• Made a mistake or have a concern about a donation? Email donations@doodlerescueusa.org and we'll make it right — errors are corrected promptly.

Adoption, foster & volunteer information

Information on this site about our dogs and programs is provided in good faith but isn't a promise or offer. Submitting an application does not guarantee an adoption, foster placement, or volunteer role — every decision is made at the rescue's discretion, in the best interest of each animal.

Intellectual property

The site's content, logos, and imagery belong to Doodle Rescue USA or its licensors. You're welcome to share links and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes; anything more requires our written permission.

Third-party links & services

The site links to third-party platforms (like our social media pages) and uses third-party services (like payment processing). Those services have their own terms and policies, and we aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We take real care with it, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we make no warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
